Roofs built to take Oklahoma hail.
On May 8, 2026, baseball-size hail damaged more than 26,100 properties here. We replace and repair those roofs — and hang the seamless gutter that carries the water away — across Washington, Nowata and Osage counties. Free documented inspection, written fixed price, and a registered Oklahoma roofer who actually lives here.
Roofing and seamless gutters, done by one local crew.
Every roofing system Oklahoma weather calls for — architectural and Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, standing seam and R-panel metal, stone-coated steel, synthetic slate, cedar shake, tile, and TPO, EPDM and coating systems on commercial low-slope decks. Plus the seamless gutter and drainage that keeps the water off your foundation.

After a hail event this size, Bartlesville fills up with out-of-state crews. Some are fine. Many are gone by winter, and a warranty from a company with no address in Oklahoma is worth exactly nothing. Here is what you are actually buying when you hire us.
Registered here since 1982
We are not a storm crew that showed up in May. Bartlesville Roofing & Gutters has been working roofs out of this town for 44 years, and our address on Crown Drive is the same one it was last year and will be next year.
Oklahoma CIB Registration #80007465
The Construction Industries Board is the state agency that licenses Oklahoma's building trades — roofers, electricians, plumbers and mechanical contractors. Every roofing contractor working in this state must hold a current CIB registration, and since July 1, 2026 residential work also requires the Residential Roofing Endorsement under House Bill 1628. Ours is printed on the sign in your yard and it is on the state portal.
Free documented inspections
We walk the roof, chalk and photograph every hail strike, and give you the photo set — whether you hire us or not. If your roof is fine, you get dated proof that it was fine.
Never a deductible game
Paying, rebating, or absorbing any part of your deductible is insurance fraud in Oklahoma. Anyone who offers is planning to take it back out of your roof.
Roof and gutters, one crew
We roll seamless gutter on site, repair the fascia first, and detail the drip edge and gutter together — instead of two companies blaming each other in the spring.
Financing available
Roof now, pay later. If the settlement does not cover the whole job or the roof cannot wait for the claim, ask us about financing when we quote.

You should know the price and the schedule before a single shingle comes off. That is the whole process.
You call, or we come look
Call, text us a photo, or fill in the form. We come out, walk the roof, and photograph every slope. Free, and the photos are yours either way.
Written scope and fixed price
You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts — material, decking allowance, ventilation, gutter, permit, clean-up. No allowances that turn into change orders.
We pull the permit and build
City permit and inspection are our job. Most Bartlesville houses are one to two days: tear-off and dry-in on day one, finish and clean-up on day two.
Final walk and warranty
We magnet-sweep the property, walk it with you, and hand over the manufacturer warranty paperwork plus our own workmanship warranty in writing.

How to tell whether the May 8 hail actually damaged your roof
Most hail damage in Bartlesville is invisible from the ground. Here is what it looks like up close, and what you can safely check yourself.
Read the note 14 August 2026What the six-month rule really means for an Oklahoma roof claim
Replacement-cost policies pay in two parts, and the second part has a deadline most homeowners do not find out about until it has passed.
Read the note 18 August 2026Five-inch or six-inch gutter: how to actually size a Bartlesville roof
Gutter capacity is a function of roof area and pitch, not the size of the house. Getting it wrong is why gutters overflow at the corners.
Read the noteQuestions Bartlesville homeowners ask
How much does a new roof cost in Bartlesville?
It depends on the roof area, the pitch, the number of layers coming off, how much decking needs replacing, and the system you choose — a 3-tab roof and a Class 4 impact-resistant roof on the same house are very different numbers. We will not quote a price over the phone without seeing the roof, because a phone number is a guess and a guess is how homeowners end up with change orders. The inspection and the written quote are free.
Are you licensed and registered in Oklahoma?
Yes. We hold Oklahoma Construction Industries Board Roofing Contractor Registration #80007465. Oklahoma does not issue a "roofing license" in the way some states do — it issues a registration, and it is unlawful to advertise or work as a roofing contractor without a current one. You can look ours up on the state portal before you talk to us.
What is the Residential Roofing Endorsement?
House Bill 1628 added a Residential Roofing Endorsement requirement for residential roofing work in Oklahoma from July 1, 2026, with a state exam behind it, higher registration fees, and no first-offence warning for working without it. Contractors already in good standing with the CIB were grandfathered in. If a crew knocking on doors cannot tell you their registration number, that is your answer.
Do you handle insurance claims?
We document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and submit supplements when the carrier's scope misses code-required items. We do not file the claim for you and we do not negotiate it — that is between you and your carrier. And we never pay, rebate, or absorb any part of your deductible, because that is insurance fraud in Oklahoma.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most Bartlesville houses are one to two days: tear-off and dry-in on day one, finish and clean up on day two. Steeper roofs, full re-decks, and multi-layer tear-offs take longer. You get the schedule in writing before we start.
Do you replace gutters at the same time as the roof?
Yes, and it is the right sequence — roof first, fascia repaired, then gutter. One mobilization, one crew, and the drip edge and gutter get detailed together instead of by two companies blaming each other later.

We walk the roof, photograph every slope, and hand you a written scope and a fixed price. No high-pressure close, no door-knocking, no deductible games.
