2. What this site is
This site describes the roofing and gutter services we offer and lets you request an inspection. Nothing on it is a binding quote, a contract, or a guarantee of price or availability. A price becomes real when it is in a written proposal signed by both of us.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to keep this site accurate, including the descriptions of Oklahoma licensing and insurance rules. Those rules can change and the summaries here are general information, not legal or insurance advice. Always confirm current requirements with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board, and confirm your coverage with your own insurer.
4. Photographs
Project photographs on this site show work by our own crew on jobs in and around Bartlesville, published with our customers' knowledge. Background footage used decoratively in page headers is not represented as a specific project of ours.
5. Insurance claims
We document damage, meet adjusters, and submit supplements for scope. We are not public adjusters, we do not file or negotiate claims on your behalf, and we never pay, rebate, absorb or waive any part of a deductible. Your policy is between you and your carrier.
6. Intellectual property
The content, photographs and design of this site belong to Bartlesville Roofing & Gutters unless stated otherwise. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
7. Third-party links
We link to state and government resources so you can verify what we tell you. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
8. Warranty
Workmanship and manufacturer warranties are set out in your signed contract and the manufacturer's own paperwork. Nothing on this website extends, modifies or replaces them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Oklahoma law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
