May 8 hail claim deadline: about November 8. Replacement-cost policies release the withheld balance only if the work is finished within six months of the storm. What that means for you →

The full catalogue

Every system, profile and technique we install.

Shingle, metal, synthetic, tile, membrane, coating, and every gutter profile and drainage detail that goes with them. If it belongs on a roof or carries water off one, it is on this list.

Architectural ShinglesLaminated dimensional shingles — the default residential system in Bartlesville. 130 mph wind rating, 30-50 year manufacturer warranties, and the widest color range.
Class 4 Impact-ResistantUL 2218 Class 4 shingles, tested against a 2-inch steel ball. The single best upgrade in a hail belt, and most Oklahoma carriers discount your premium for them.
Designer & Luxury ShinglesHeavyweight shingles that imitate slate or shake at a fraction of the structural load — for homes where the roofline is the architecture.
3-Tab ShinglesThe economy system. Still specified on rentals and outbuildings, and still what many older Bartlesville roofs are carrying.
Standing Seam MetalConcealed-fastener panels with no exposed screws to back out. 50+ year service life and the best wind performance of anything we install.
Exposed-Fastener Metal (R-Panel)Ag-panel and R-panel steel — the cost-effective metal for shops, barns, and outbuildings across Washington and Osage counties.
Stone-Coated SteelMetal strength with a shingle or tile profile. Class 4 impact rated and light enough to go over most existing framing.
Synthetic Slate & CompositeEngineered polymer shakes and slates. Impact resistant, no splitting, and roughly a quarter the weight of real slate.
Cedar ShakeTraditional wood shake replacement and restoration, including fire-treated shake where code requires it.
Clay & Concrete TileTile replacement and repair, including underlayment replacement under salvaged tile.
TPO MembraneSingle-ply white membrane for commercial low-slope decks — reflective, heat-welded seams, no seams to caulk.
EPDM RubberBallasted, mechanically fastened, or fully adhered rubber roofing for flat commercial and addition roofs.
Modified BitumenTorch-down and self-adhered mod-bit for small flat sections, porch roofs, and low-slope tie-ins.
Roof Coatings & RestorationSilicone and elastomeric coating systems that extend a sound commercial roof another 10-20 years without a tear-off.
Roof Leak DiagnosisWe trace the leak from the attic side and the roof side, photograph what we find, and show you the cause before we quote the fix.
Pipe Boots & CollarsCracked rubber boots around plumbing vents are the number one leak source on Bartlesville roofs over ten years old. Replaced, not caulked.
Step & Counter FlashingWall tie-ins, dormers, and sidewalls. Old flashing gets replaced rather than reused — reusing it is why the leak came back.
Chimney Flashing & CricketsCounter flashing cut into the mortar joint, and a cricket behind wide chimneys so water is diverted instead of pooled.
Valley RepairFailed closed-cut valleys, rusted-through metal valleys, and valleys with no membrane under them.
Shingle & Blow-Off RepairWind-lifted, creased, or missing shingles replaced and hand-sealed. We keep common Bartlesville shingle profiles on hand for color matching.
Decking & Deck RepairRotted or delaminated sheathing cut out and replaced, including the roof-deck framing repairs older homes on the north side often need.
Skylight Repair & ReplacementReflashing, curb rebuilds, and full skylight replacement — usually cheaper to replace the unit than to keep chasing the seal.
Ridge Vent & Ventilation RepairBlown-off ridge vent, painted-shut soffit vents, and unbalanced attics that are cooking your shingles from underneath.
Fascia & SoffitRotted fascia board and failed soffit — the trim that carries your gutters. Repaired at the same time as gutter work so the fascia is sound before the gutter is hung.
Emergency TarpingStorm-tight tarping within 24 hours when a roof has been opened up by hail, wind, or a fallen limb, so the interior damage stops growing while the claim is worked.
Roof MaintenanceA walk, a photo set, and a punch list of small fixes. The cheapest roofing money you will ever spend, and it is what keeps a 30-year roof lasting 30 years.
5″ Seamless K-StyleThe standard residential profile. Aluminum, formed on site to the exact length of the run, in a full range of baked-enamel colors.
6″ Seamless K-StyleRoughly 40% more capacity than 5-inch. The right call on steep roofs, long runs, and any roof with a large drainage area feeding one gutter.
Half-Round GutterThe traditional profile for historic homes — smoother flow, easier to clean, and correct for period architecture around downtown Bartlesville.
Copper GutterHalf-round and K-style copper for homes where the gutter is meant to be seen. Develops a patina and outlasts everything else we hang.
Steel & Galvalume GutterHeavier-gauge steel where impact resistance matters more than weight — commercial buildings and high-traffic areas.
Oversized Downspouts3×4 and larger downspouts to move the volume a 6-inch gutter collects. Undersized downspouts are why gutters overflow at the corners.
Micro-Mesh Gutter GuardsStainless micro-mesh that keeps out shingle grit, pine needles, and seed pods while passing full flow. The only guard style we recommend under mature trees.
Screen & Reverse-Curve GuardsBudget screens and reverse-curve covers where leaf load is light and access is difficult.
Underground DrainageBuried solid pipe carrying downspout discharge to daylight or a dry well, away from the foundation and the driveway.
French Drains & GradingWhere the water is already at the foundation. Perforated pipe, gravel, and corrected grade so the gutter has somewhere to send its water.
Fascia & Soffit RepairRotted fascia replaced before the new gutter goes up. A gutter is only as sound as the board it hangs on.
Gutter Repair & Re-HangSagging runs, pulled spikes, failed seams, and gutters pitched the wrong direction — re-hung on hidden hangers with correct fall.
Gutter CleaningSeasonal clean-outs with a photo record of anything we find while we are up there.
Commercial Gutters & ScuppersBox gutter, scupper, and conductor-head work on commercial and industrial buildings across Washington County.
Hail BruisingSoft spots in the shingle mat where the impact fractured the fiberglass. You can feel them before you can see them, and they are what fails first.
Granule LossExposed asphalt where the protective granules were knocked off. Once the mat is in the sun, the clock on that shingle is running fast.
Broken Sealant StripsHail and wind break the factory seal between courses. The shingle looks intact and lifts in the next 40 mph gust.
Wind CreasingA horizontal crease across the shingle where the wind folded it back. It will not reseal, and it is a tear waiting for the next storm.
Missing & Blown-Off ShinglesThe obvious damage — and often the least expensive part of the claim compared to the field damage around it.
Soft Metal DamageDents in vents, gutters, downspouts, flashing, and the AC condenser. These are the collateral indicators an adjuster uses to date and size the storm.
Ridge & Hip DamageRidge caps take the worst of it because they sit highest and have the least backing behind them.
Gutter & Downspout DamageDented, dislodged, or crushed gutter. Frequently covered in the same claim and frequently left off the scope.
Deck & Structural DamagePunctured decking from large hail or limb strikes — the damage that turns a repair into a replacement.
Emergency TarpingSame-day or next-day storm-tight tarping so water stops entering while the claim is worked.
Straight answers

Before you call anyone

What roofing materials do you install?

Architectural and Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, designer shingles, 3-tab, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal, stone-coated steel, synthetic slate and composite, cedar shake, clay and concrete tile, and on low-slope and commercial decks TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and silicone or elastomeric coating restoration.

Do you work on commercial buildings?

Yes. Low-slope commercial roofs across Washington, Nowata and Osage counties — TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and coating restorations where the existing deck is sound enough that a tear-off would be wasted money.

Will you pull the permit?

Yes. Permits and inspections are our responsibility. If a roofer asks you to pull the permit yourself, they are asking you to carry their liability.

Should I use a storm-chasing crew that knocked on my door?

Ask three questions: what is your Oklahoma CIB registration number, do you hold the Residential Roofing Endorsement, and where is your local address. Then look the registration up. An out-of-state crew is gone by the next season; a warranty from a company with no address here is not worth much.
