Seamless Gutters

Gutters are not trim. They are the drainage system that keeps water out of your foundation, and in Oklahoma downpours an undersized one is worse than none at all.

Gutters in Bartlesville, Oklahoma

What this actually involves.

Water is the most destructive force a Bartlesville house faces, and almost all of it arrives through the roof. A properly sized gutter takes that volume off the roof, moves it to a downspout, and puts it far enough from the house that it never reaches the footing. Undersized gutter, too few downspouts, or a downspout that dumps against the foundation and you get erosion, a wet crawlspace, and eventually foundation movement.

We roll seamless gutter on site to the exact run length, so the only seams on your house are at corners and outlets. And we look at the fascia before we hang anything — hanging new gutter on rotted fascia board is how you end up doing the job twice.

Options & techniques

Every gutter option we offer

5″ Seamless K-StyleThe standard residential profile. Aluminum, formed on site to the exact length of the run, in a full range of baked-enamel colors.
6″ Seamless K-StyleRoughly 40% more capacity than 5-inch. The right call on steep roofs, long runs, and any roof with a large drainage area feeding one gutter.
Half-Round GutterThe traditional profile for historic homes — smoother flow, easier to clean, and correct for period architecture around downtown Bartlesville.
Copper GutterHalf-round and K-style copper for homes where the gutter is meant to be seen. Develops a patina and outlasts everything else we hang.
Steel & Galvalume GutterHeavier-gauge steel where impact resistance matters more than weight — commercial buildings and high-traffic areas.
Oversized Downspouts3×4 and larger downspouts to move the volume a 6-inch gutter collects. Undersized downspouts are why gutters overflow at the corners.
Micro-Mesh Gutter GuardsStainless micro-mesh that keeps out shingle grit, pine needles, and seed pods while passing full flow. The only guard style we recommend under mature trees.
Screen & Reverse-Curve GuardsBudget screens and reverse-curve covers where leaf load is light and access is difficult.
Underground DrainageBuried solid pipe carrying downspout discharge to daylight or a dry well, away from the foundation and the driveway.
French Drains & GradingWhere the water is already at the foundation. Perforated pipe, gravel, and corrected grade so the gutter has somewhere to send its water.
Fascia & Soffit RepairRotted fascia replaced before the new gutter goes up. A gutter is only as sound as the board it hangs on.
Gutter Repair & Re-HangSagging runs, pulled spikes, failed seams, and gutters pitched the wrong direction — re-hung on hidden hangers with correct fall.
Gutter CleaningSeasonal clean-outs with a photo record of anything we find while we are up there.
Commercial Gutters & ScuppersBox gutter, scupper, and conductor-head work on commercial and industrial buildings across Washington County.
Straight answers

Gutters — the questions we get asked

5-inch or 6-inch gutter — which do I need?

It depends on the roof area draining into the run and the pitch, not on the size of the house. Steep roofs shed water faster and can overwhelm a 5-inch gutter that would be fine on a low-slope roof. We measure the drainage area and tell you which one the roof actually needs.

Are gutter guards worth it?

Micro-mesh guards are, under trees. Cheap screens clog with shingle grit and pine needles and then you are cleaning the guard instead of the gutter. We will tell you honestly if your house does not have the leaf load to justify them.

Can you install gutters at the same time as the roof?

Yes, and it is the right order — roof first, fascia repaired, then gutter. Doing it in one mobilization saves you money and means the drip edge and gutter are detailed together instead of by two different crews.

My gutters overflow at the corner in heavy rain. Why?

Almost always too few downspouts or downspouts that are too small for the volume, not a clogged gutter. A 2×3 downspout on a long 6-inch run cannot move what the gutter collects in an Oklahoma downpour.
