Most roofs we are called to look at do not need replacing. We find the actual leak, fix that, and tell you honestly how much service life is left.
What this actually involves.
A roof leak almost never starts where the water shows up inside. Water runs down rafters and along decking before it finds a seam in the drywall, so the stain on your ceiling is usually several feet from the actual failure. Finding it takes walking the roof and checking the details, not guessing from the driveway.
We will tell you when a repair is the right call and when it is money thrown at a roof with two years left. A company that only ever recommends full replacement is not diagnosing anything.

How fast can you get out to a leak?
Active leaks get priority. In most weeks we are on a Bartlesville roof within one to three business days, and same-day for emergency tarping when a roof has been opened up by a storm.
Is it worth repairing an old roof?
Sometimes. If the shingles still have granules, the mats are flexible, and the failure is a boot or a piece of flashing, a repair is the right answer and we will say so. If the field is bruised, brittle, and shedding granules into the gutters, a repair is a deposit on a replacement.
Can you match my existing shingles?
Usually. Color matching gets harder as a roof ages and the exposed shingles fade, so a repair patch is often visible even with the correct product. We tell you that before we start rather than after.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. The inspection and the photo report are free. You only pay if you hire us to do the work.
